Shipping
We ship ups Ground on all ups shippalbe orders. Freight will be calculated immediatly upon placing an item in your shopping cart.
Orders placed Mon - Fri before 12 noon PST normally ship same day and should arrive to you within 2-3 days or sooner.
UPS Non-Shippable Items
Please be advised that some items at United Green Products are not UPS shippable due to either the size of the package or the chemical nature of the item(s).
In the event an item is not shippable via ups, the nearest warehouse location will deliver to you via truck. There will be a $65 surcharge on such items, which will be disclosed to you at the time the item is place in your shopping cart.
For residential orders shipped by freight truck, normal delivery is to curbside only and not inside the home. There is a $30 surcharge for Residential freight deliveries. If you need in-home delivery, in most cases the freight company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges. Please contact United Green Products directly if you have special instructions for delivery, otherwise special instructions should be signed and left in a conspicuous location at the place of delivery for the delivery driver. Customer is also responsible for additional charges in cases of missed appointments or re-delivery.
